Chief Legal Officer

B.A. (Hons) Law, Barrister-at-Law (Lincoln’s Inn) was called to the Bar of England & Wales in 1982 as an Utter Barrister and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Courts of Malaya in 1983.

He practised as an Advocate & Solicitor for more than 33 years during which time he served as a Panel Member of the Advocates & Solicitors Disciplinary Board and sat as a Chairman and Committee Member of the Advocates & Solicitors Disciplinary Board.

Azfar also served as a Committee Member of the Bahasa Malaysia & Syariah Committee of the Selangor Bar. He also served as a President of the Strata Management Tribunal.

Azfar has considerable experience in various litigation and corporate matters and regularly gives talks on Contract Management, Data Protection and Medico-Legal issues and acts as a Consultant to various Joint Management Bodies and Management Corporations. He is also able to converse in 5 languages.
